Every book is hand-signed, and during this process each book is carefully checked to ensure product quality. Each is then hand-wrapped. If you are purchasing a single book, then this is shipped using Australia Post durable, waterproof satchels that are hand-delivered to Australia Post. If you are purchasing a number of books, these are hand-delivered to quality vetted couriers.
It is extremely unlikely that there will be any problems with any book purchased directly from this site.
As an indie author it is not possible to cover the cost of any returns or offer any refunds.
